Haley A. Shambaugh

Bio

Haley Shambaugh is a 2024 graduate of Belmont University College of Law where she received her Health Law Certificate and served as a Senior Editor of the Belmont Health Law Journal. Haley first joined the Buerger, Moseley, and Carson team as a law clerk in 2023 and then as an associate upon graduation. Haley practices in health care operations law, representing hospitals and health systems throughout the United States in matters concerning peer review, credentialing, fair hearings, EMTALA, CMS and Accreditation Body compliance, board and medical staff bylaws, and various contractual issues. Haley graduated summa cum laude from Western Kentucky University in 2021, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration.
